Took for 1 trip to California but realized it was not big enough for wife and my self.
Has instant hot water heater.
Modified to fit a TRUE 76x80 king sized bed and stiffened the bed frame to hold up instead of the flimsy stuff it was built with.
Removed one bench seat for more floor space. I still have all the parts and pieces if you would like it put back in.
Can come with the cool gel mattress if you want. Only SLEPT on it for 12 days. If you don't want it I can pull it out and lower the price to $11,500.
Comes with optima blue top marine battery.
20 lb propane bottle.
Changed out baggage door locks for number locks.
