Benson Bright Preservation is hiring an individual to clean the house at 725 W 18th St, Clovis, NM as soon as possible for $200. The house is vacant and the property is going through foreclosure.

-Interior and exterior of appliances
-Floors vacuumed/swept/mopped
-Countertops cleaned
-Sinks and faucets clean
-Light/ceiling fan fixtures being dusted (light bulbs dusted where there is no fixture)
-Interior toilet bowl/exterior of toilet being cleaned
-Tub/shower and surrounding area clean and free of dust
-Mirrors, cabinets, drawers, and shelves clean
-Interior windows and sills cleaned
-Vents wiped clean
-Remove cobwebs from wall and ceiling corners, etc.
-Photos of air fresheners in each wet area with date visible

You must have a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed.
